Opening your first invitation

Open the newest invitation from reports@youtubesmart.com and tap Set up my account. Choose a password of at least 8 characters. Your reports open in your browser; there is nothing to download.

Returning to your reports

Sign in with your website address, invited email and password. On a browser that remembers your email, you only need your website address and password.

An email link has expired

Invitation and password reset links last one hour and can be used once. Already set a password? Sign in instead. Forgotten it? Request a password reset. If you haven’t finished setting up your account, ask Bernie for a fresh invitation.

A monthly report email link works once for up to seven days. You can always use your password to see the reports already shared with your account.

A message was interrupted

Keep the message page open, sign in using its link, then return and press Send again. On this browser tab, text and completed uploads can be recovered for up to 24 hours. Files that had not finished uploading may need to be selected again. A draft is not a sent message; look for Message received.
